Car rigging and the physics of accidents in Maya

Teaching dynamics and the principles of physics has always been a core part of my educational and research work. I recall that while creating this tutorial, I developed a method called Proxy Usage and built this educational

scenario around it. Later, a similar method was used by an instructor in a Digital Tutors course. What I find particularly interesting is that my approach was applied to car collision simulations almost simultaneously with its introduction elsewhere, which was fascinating to me.

This tutorial covers the rigging, dynamics, and vehicle collision processes, which are unique and specialized, and it was produced in 2014–2015.
